We set out below the terms of use of this website. Please read them carefully. They amount to a contract between us, LNSEN, the operator of the site, and you, a visitor to the site, which you accept when you use the site – you may not use the site if you do not agree to these terms. We may change these terms from time to time by publishing an amended version here and you accept any changes by continuing to use the site.

1. You may only use this site lawfully, for personal (non-commercial) purposes and in a manner which does not damage the site or infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person.

2. All intellectual property rights in the material displayed on the site either belong or are licensed to LNSEN. You may view the site onscreen and download and/or print a reasonable number of copies of these materials for your own personal purposes, but your copies must reproduce any copyright and other similar notices and you may not otherwise change, copy, distribute, create derivative works from or sell any of the materials except with our consent.

3. If you post any material to the site you must do so in a manner which complies with point 1 above and is considerate of the site’s other users, acknowledging that you are responsible for the material that you post and that we may not check materials before they are published. Your posted material must not be defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, insulting, blasphemous or malicious and it must not incite anybody to commit a crime. You need not reveal your identity in a post but you must not pretend to be somebody else. You should not post any information about identifiable persons other than yourself except with their consent. You must indemnify us in full against any claims from other persons, and any associated losses, liabilities or costs of any kind, that may arise as a result of our publishing your posted materials, except to the extent that they are caused by our editing of your materials.

By posting material to the site you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use and copy that material, and to allow other people to do so, including in electronic and print format. You acknowledge that the material that you post is not confidential. We may in our absolute discretion take down from the site, or edit, any material that you post.

5. We may collect and use information about you, and download cookies, as described in our privacy policy.

8. These terms of use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of it connected with these terms of use or this site, except that we may bring proceedings in the courts of another jurisdiction in respect of your use of the site or materials downloaded from the site in that jurisdiction.
